Meditate in daily life by watching what is coming up as a form of ego. Just like in seated meditation, let the ego come down. Do this over and over, and daily life will be the same as seated meditation.

The two faces of ego are Shame and Vanity. Watch them dissolve. When they leave you are left with your real face, or, facelessness.

the formless intelligence said;

Listen now will I explain my workings.

You might even see me

if you are profoundly and positively devoted.

I work all things;

this universe is a magnificent machine;

like clockwork all this is manifest;

all actions, all worlds, all beings,

simultaneously moving;

all coordinated by my

limitless virtue;

truely i am magnificent, awe-inspiring,

incomprehensible;

if you see me but for a second,

such a vision will never be forgotten.

OM! at all times

i am unmoved, in the midst of all motion;

i cannot be touched;

i raise and crush mountains, just as i

beat the wings of an insect;

your spiritual processes,

your thoughts,

if you turn your own head,

all this is ordained not by thee, but by me.

OM! i am beyond comprehension;

all that can be done is worship me,

be awed by me, love me,

honor me, and enjoy me.

On the Way

Everything is God; the car is God, the wife is God, the dog is God; the stomach ache is God, the toilet is God, the dirt on the bathroom floor is God. Being with someone is God; being alone is God. Painful memories are God; bliss is God. Every state, inner or outer, good or bad, is God.

This awareness does not arise out of, or lead to, lassitude or inaction, but arises out of, intense action, devotion, self-transcendence, giving, and meditation; and leads to tolerance, bliss, and realization.

Absorb emotional pain into the limitless body.

We always know the way; access That.

Where is the Self? Wherever I am.

Wherever I look, is the self.

At the center of the self, is the Self.

It is all around me, inside and out.

Its character is infinite goodness.

What is the way?
What is infinity?
Asking these questions returns mind to the source.

Detachment is bliss, it is not despair, which is a reluctant attachment.

It does not matter how, so much as the doing, of This.

If you are not present as who you are, it doesn't matter how much you meditate, or what philosophy you have.

This is all a process of alternating fullness and emptiness.

A Posture

There are 2 minds. One is the pervasive mind that controls relaxation and is a felt experience. The other is directed, intense. This second mind is located around the forebrain region. The first mind is sensed everywhere else, although it is at first felt in the lower body. However it is mind, not body. It is not located in specific body parts -- there are no body parts, there is however a generally felt experience of continuing and deepening relaxation.

Meditation on the first mind leads to an experience known as laya, the fourth state, or absorption. It is akin to being awake while being asleep. Clarity can near 100% here. There is none of what we call "intention."

The addition of the second mind brings intention, focus, and a fuller realization.

The culmination of this meditation is when the 2 minds are in complete balance.

i forget everything

is washing into infinity

sooner or later

we will all be forgotten

at this moment

it has no judgment &

what i am supposed to do,

the best memory

is not a word or a thought,

it is a feeling

that takes wing,
